There are a number of reasons why we bought this house. As soon as we walked into the lounge we were very impressed with its size. Compared to other houses that we had viewed the lounge area was the largest. We were also impressed with how private the rear garden is, there are only trees behind us which gives a great aspect and peaceful ambience.
Being in what is generally known as the catchment area of Tunbury School was also a very important factor as we had young children and we knew this to be a good school.
