We have lived here happily for seven years and we will be sad to leave, as it has truly been an ideal home. It is in a great location and in just five minutes you can be in the town, enjoying a drink by the beach, walking up to St Boniface Down or by Bonchurch pond feeding the ducks! What initially attracted us to the apartment was that it had a private garden and parking; once inside we loved that it benefited from great views, wooden floors and stripped pine doors. The apartment is so much more spacious than it seems from the front and we have loved spending time in the garden. Overall, it just has that great 'feel' to it that you can't quite describe.
