What the Owner says:
This property has proved to be a wonderful family home providing a peaceful and private setting with plenty of space for a growing family.
Situated in the heart of the Victorian town of Ventnor, the house has a unique setting above street level affording extensive views across the town to the sea and up towards St. Boniface Downs.
Since purchasing the property it has undergone extensive renovations and in more recent years has been run as a Guest House providing substantial income.
The farmhouse kitchen area has a gas fired Rayburn providing heat and hot water, and in the living room there is a multi-fuel burner, which is lovely and cosy on a cold winters night.
As a family we have spent many memorable afternoons and evenings relaxing on our large decking overlooking our delightful garden which faces southwest so we can enjoy the sun well into the evening.
