We moved here 6 years ago as we fell in love with the sea views. The fact we could wake up to the sight of the ocean every morning really clinched it for us. We also needed space and this house offered plenty of it. The separate utility room and downstairs cloakroom were all bonuses that we hadn't found in any other places we had viewed either so were a welcome find here. Since living here we have added an extra toilet upstairs and created the front patio garden, which is absolutely perfect for eating your breakfast and marvelling at the sea at the same time. There is a real community that has formed between the neighbours here and we all get together for barbecues and all help to improve the land behind. We even had a street Jubilee party!
