Being just seconds from the town centre, there are a number of links to either the capital of the Island or either to the nearby town of Shanklin, where the train takes you straight to the ferry links. The apartment has two generous sized bedrooms which are light and very well presented. The lounge is a great size with the French doors looking out across the Solent. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for any budding chef to get stuck into. For either first purchase or potential investment for holiday lets. This ground floor apartment is a real gem! 

OWNERS COMMENTS We bought the home as an investment and it has served it's purpose very well. We did use it for holiday lets as it is the perfect location for a weekend break. It has everything you would desire for a short stay with the town centre around the corner and beach down the road.
