Property description
THE PROPERTY The property is entered into the sitting room which is full of character and offers a pretty outlook onto the rear patio and garden. Wood flooring is laid throughout and a large Cotswold stone fireplace with delightful wood burning stove presents a wonderful focal point within the room. The sitting room also provides a good amount of storage cupboards and shelving, which is a notable feature. Leading from here are the kitchen and stairs to first floor. Following through, the kitchen is fitted with a range of cottage style wall and base units incorporating a double ceramic sink whilst there is also space for additional appliances.
Alone on the first floor is bedroom one. A wonderful elevated view to the surrounding countryside can be enjoyed from this room, whilst there is plenty of storage space in the form of a fitted wardrobe and understairs store. Located on the second floor are bedroom two and the family bathroom. The second bedroom is able to accommodate a small double bed, or the room could be an ideal child's room or study. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom which is fitted with a matching suite including separate shower cubicle.
Outside, the property benefits from a delightful mature garden of a substantial length, which stretches down to Uley Millennium Green and open fields. The garden consists of a patio surrounded by mature shrubs and trees, a lawn area, greenhouse and summerhouse. There is also a further outbuilding which houses plumbing and electric for a washing machine with space for additional appliances. The summer house is of a fantastic size which provides power and light thus creating a fabulous studio or home office.
