We moved to Uckfield 19 years ago and brought the house from the builder when it was first built. We wanted to live in Uckfield because our children have lived here for years and we like the fact that we can walk into the town centre and there are good bus links to the surrounding towns and coast.
We really like the house because it is very well positioned and we have lots of nice neighbours and it has been interesting to see the development mature of the time we have been there.
The garden is particularly nice, facing South it always has a lot of sun when the sun is out and the fact we are close to the edge of the development means we get a lot of birds visiting the garden to feed or nest.
