I love this spot as I really wanted something that was away from the noise of passing traffic and would be handy for walking the dog. One of the best things is the woodland close by that you have right on your doorstep which is amazing and I love to go out before and after work and take the dog for a nice walk, you could walk for miles in the local countryside which is right on your doorstep.
The back garden is sunny and we have spend a lot of time outside, the woodland helps keep the house cool in the summer and it shields it from the elements in the winter too.
