I loved this gorgeous house from the very first moment I saw it. The fact that it was double fronted was really attractive to me - it looked just like my dream home with the door in the middle and windows either side - a million miles better than all the other standard uninteresting new homes I had seen.
Then there was the location. I adore living so close but not too close to the Town Centre and particularly to the very well named Camden Road. It feels vibrant and interesting, upbeat and trendy. Popping up to the artisan bakery, the Tea emporium, or any number of stylish coffee shops is a real joy. Going out for a quick drink or bite to eat with friends is easy with the convenience of any number of boutique bars and restaurants.
