One of the main reasons this apartment was so attractive to us was the brilliant location. This has served us very well when we have sought to rent the apartment out and the same applies equally I am sure for anyone looking to make this place their home. The next thing on our list was some form of off road parking. The spaces are not allocated but we can each get one car off the road.
