Property description
The perfect starter home, first house, easy downsize or smart investment. The location is superb. This exclusive little development is in the sweetest location that would be very hard to better, especially considering all the shops and amenities on Rusthall High Street are a stroll away.
What could be more convenient than parking up in your own allocated parking space in a quiet no through road and taking a few steps, no doubt laden with shopping or sleeping child, to your front door? The entrance hall is big and inviting with plenty of space to take coats and shoes off in or park prams. The large cupboard is designed to tuck even your winter paraphernalia away so you can keep the house pristine and tidy.
The lounge/diner is the ideal space to relax in on large comfy sofas and armchairs. The double doors open out onto the garden to let the outside in - weather permitting, and your feline friends can use the cat flap.
If you love cooking then the smart modern kitchen is cleverly planned and gives you a great cooking triangle. Once you have created something marvellous you can share with friends and family in the dining area.
In the summer the surprisingly large garden is the perfect place for a barbecue with friends who can enjoy the dappled shade, and the wildlife drawn in from the nearby woodland.
Guests have a smart bedroom that doubles as the office with a spacious master bedroom reserved for you.
What the Owner says:
We couldn't have been luckier with our first home. With busy personal and professional lives we wanted a house that was a nice place to live, easy to maintain and that is exactly what we got. It was an added bonus that it is located in a small development set in a beautifully scenic and quiet woodland location which is within a short drive or half an hour walk to Tunbridge Wells. It is also only a short walk to local amenities such as a doctors surgery, chemist, dry cleaners and local supermarkets to name but a few. The thing that we will miss most about living here is the lovely summer walks across to the local woodlands with their stunning views, where we may sometimes stop off at the local country pub for a well earned refreshment.
