I bought this property as my first purchase. As a first home, I have found it perfect. I work in Tunbridge Wells and even though I have a car, it is wonderful in the summer to walk in to Tunbridge Wells town centre within 15 minutes, soak in the culture and beauty this wonderful town has to offer. I often go to London for the day and I can be in the centre within the hour, which is just so convenient and It's always so easy to get a taxi from the station, if you don’t fancy the stumble home. I have entertained in the flat quite a bit and because it is really one big living area, it is ideal for small gatherings. I love the fact that I have a parking space directly outside the front door. When I was first looking to buy, I had viewed so many flats that didn’t have parking and I just feel it is so important.
