We bought this property as an investment and have rented it our for many years. The apartment is ideal as it requires very little maintenance, has its own parking and as a bonus your own little space outside to soak up the summer.
The rental yield has been fantastic and it has never been empty we have always had an influx of potential tenants and for us it has been the perfect investment and has provided us well financially.
The car parking space is perfectly positioned within close proximity to the property which is fantastic as this is not the case with all the apartments!
