The wonderful private garden was the biggest of many great features making this apartment. Most flats had communal gardens which we didn’t like and the houses only had tiny little courtyards.
It is the most wonderful garden to spend time in. There have been many pleasant evenings spent on the deck with a bottle of wine, some good friends and a meal while the sun slowly sets.
The vegetable garden and fruit patch provide fresh home-grown produce for the table- that is if it has a chance to reach the table!
A large lawn is perfect for spreading out a picnic or a sun-lounger. There is still plenty of room for a trampoline or swimming pool for our daughter, and lots of room for her and her friends to run around in.
