Property description
SUMMARY Millers Farm North Barn has full residential planning permission and offers a very rare opportunity to convert a magnificent unlisted, two story, brick and beach-cobble flint barn under a pantile roof. Dating back to the early 18th Century the barn forms the original working heart of Millers Farm with attached milking parlour and flanking a single story Bull Barn. The North Barn is attached to a smaller barn along it southern boundary.
Although unlisted, the North Barn is noted as being part of an important group of farm buildings within the Trunch Conservation Area. Millers Farm is within an Area of Outstanding National Beauty and located along an historic lane just on the edge of the peaceful and hugely desirable North Norfolk village of Trunch, just over 1 mile from the coast. The Barn provides the potential of 4,899 sq. ft of living space over two levels and sit within grounds of 2.94 acres which forms part of a landscape Masterplan for the Farm created to integrate the barn into a two acre meadow, vegetable gardens and orchard.
