An exceptionally well maintained, substantial residence in an elevated position casting absolutely fabulous ocean views from the very heart of the captivating seaside community of Trevone. Offering five bedrooms, numerous period features, private gardens, private parking and garage.
Description | Enjoying an elevated position at the very heart of one of North Cornwall's most popular tourist destinations, Casa Vista is a generous period residence that offers an outstanding potential for a superb holiday home, full time residence or as an investment for letting income. Given that the surrounding area, despite having been long regarded as a fabulous holiday destination, has continually grown in popularity amongst affluent society; the potential for letting income is by no means an exaggeration, particularly when a property such as this enjoys such fantastic sea and coastal views.
. | Internally, the property offers generously proportioned accommodation spread across a total of three floors; comprising an ample kitchen/diner come family room with open fireplace and a bespoke range of highly stylish kitchen furnishings and appliances, a snug drawing room hosting a charming, decorative, wrought-iron fireplace with attractive tiled surround and bay window along with a huge sun lounge situated on the ground floor, facing the sea.
. | To the second floor, a landing opens on to three bedrooms and an updated family bathroom. The principle bedroom, which currently serves as the master, features a delightful bay window matching that of the drawing room beneath, a range of fitted wardrobes and an external door opening on to a vast balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean and the dramatic coastline, as far as the eye can see. The second bedroom also enjoys the same views but, at present, does not have direct access out on to the balcony. This of course could be remedied if so desired. From the landing, a further stair rises to the second floor where there are two further bedrooms and a shower room. Arguably, the entire of the second floor could easily be altered so as to offer an utterly decadent master suite with quite possibly the best views from the entire property given its considerable elevation.
. | Externally, Casa Vista is set amidst a reasonable plot that provides attractive gardens enclosed by a traditional Cornish stone walling, with the mandatory Cornish Palm to the front, off road parking and garage to the side together with an enclosed courtyard garden to the rear.
. | In summation, the combination of generously proportioned accommodation, the standard to which it has been maintained and the marvellous setting of Casa Vista with its fabulous views, presents a superb opportunity to suit a multitude of requirements, whether it be for a lucrative investment or a substantial residence, within one of North Cornwall's most desirable coastal communities.

Location | The closest open-ocean settlement to the famous harbour town of Padstow, Trevone, first became known as a seaside destination toward the start of the last century where Victorian society, utilising the former train line to Padstow, came in their droves to the sleepy little village to enjoy the breathtakingly beautiful scenery, the sandy beaches and picturesque walks between Padstow, Crugmeer, Trevone, Harlyn and Trevose. This period has certainly left its mark on the village where the majority of properties are of this period and up to the 1920's.
. | The immediate surroundings to the village are entirely farmland as has been the case for centuries. The result of which is an utterly unspoilt canvas of open fields that flow down to meet a dramatic, yet staggeringly beautiful coastline of cliffs and numerous sandy coves; together with Trevone's widely known 'Tinker Bunny's Bathing Pool', a salt water swimming pool over looking Rocky Beach. Slightly farther afield, and perhaps a little better known, is the village of St. Merryn with its surrounding seven bays of renown; including Harlyn, Mother Ivey's, Booby's Bay, Constantine, Treyarnon and Porthcothan. Each of which offers its own individual appeal that tends to inspire a degree of loyalty amongst their devout visitors.
. | Amenities servicing Trevone and the surrounding settlements are near endless. Padstow offers doctors surgery, schooling, supermarket, a host of public houses and eateries of national repute along with a host of charming, niche boutiques and attractions whilst the numerous, aforementioned destinations offer a multitude of further public houses, general stores, hardware stores and restaurants. Worth particular note is the absolutely delightful, fully licensed Padstow Farm Shop within the immediate vicinity that vend local meats, vegetables, baked goods and even local made pasta of exceptional quality (approximately a one mile walk along the coastal footpaths).
Services | The following services are available to the properties: mains electricity, mains natural gas, mains water, drainage to public sewerage, telephone and broadband. High-speed fibre optic available.
