We do charge an administration fee to all new tenants, and a reduced fee if you have rented from us before.

Preparation and completion of agreements

Account set up

Back office work including negotiation and preparation for your tenancy

At Rent North East, we work hard to make sure that you find a suitable property. If you are unable to pay the upfront fees or cannot provide anything that we have requested, then please let us know, and we will do our best to work out an alternative arrangement that works better for you.

Each tenant must pay:

One months rent before move in date

Deposit to the value of one months rent (registered with DPS.)

£150 administration fee
