When we first bought this property it was actually a 1 bed with quite a bit of wasted space. We saw the potential to turn it into a 2 bed quite easily and so we did.
We also really like the fact that we have direct access to the garden, which a majority of flats don't have.
The area is ideal for a rental property. It is nice and quiet and close to the station so just great for commuting. Our tenant has been fantastic and is happy to stay should the buyer be an investor.
