The location is what attracted us to this house initially. We were looking for a family home, so didn't want to be on a busy road, but still wanted easy access to the town.
This cul-de-sac is brilliant. The neighbours are all friendly and it's been great letting our children out to play without worrying about lots of cars going up and down the road.
We have had quite a bit of work done to the house over the last few years. The boiler, bathroom and conservatory are the newest additions so the new owners really don't have to worry about any expensive jobs when they move in.
