We loved the feel of this house from the moment we stepped through the front door. We knew the area was quiet and very safe to raise a family in and is convenient for everything we needed with local shops, parks, schools and commuter routes just a short walk away. We are only the second set of owners of this property, which isn't uncommon for this road.
The neighbours are fantastic, we all look out for each other and help if needed.
When we first moved here most of the house was in its original condition so we have updated everything - it was a fantastic find when we discovered the original parquet flooring under the carpet. A new boiler was fitted just last year and we have had cavity wall insulation injected so the house is very warm and energy efficient.
