A reference fee of £80 per person is payable upon making the application. Each property has different criteria decided by the vendor of the property ie pets, children, smokers etc. Applicants must earn the equivalent of 30 multiplied by the monthly rent per annum to qualify. Guarantors must earn more than this dependent on the amount of the monthly rent.A deposit of one months rent is required when taking up a tenancy and the rent is payable in advance. Also a fee of £50 plus VAT, a total of £58.75 is charged for the setting up of the tenancy agreement payable. This is payable on the day of moving into the property.Once an application is made the vendor will normally hold the property for a maximum of 2 weeks.
