Property description
THE PROPERTY The Coach House is a superbly situated individual residence of character enjoying a particularly pleasant and convenient setting close to the heart of the town.
The accommodation consists briefly of entrance vestibule into an entrance hall with staircase to landing and cloakroom. There is a super sized sitting room with a feature fireplace having a gas fire, an equally impressive dining room and a light oak fitted kitchen with a connecting door into an integral garage that could easily be brought into the accommodation as another reception room if preferred.
At first floor level there are two excellent sized double bedrooms, the master of which has an en-suite dressing room and bathroom, and a third bedroom which is a good size single next to the family bathroom.
The property has the benefit of gas fired radiator central heating, parking for several cars (an exceptional feature in the centre of town) on a gravel drive in front of a garage, and mature well-enclosed garden with a number of established yew trees adjacent to a lawn.
The property is offered onto the market with no onward chain and an early appointment to view is highly recommended.
DIRECTIONS From our office in the centre of town the property is easily reached on foot by turning left into The Market Place and proceeding down Gumstool Hill where The Old Coach House will be seen as the property after number 28.
