We bought this house 34 years ago and we will be sad to leave as there are many happy memories, from my son building go kart's and playing out the front to the many social occasions we have had.
The conservatory is certainly our favourite room, there is so much sunlight streaming in as the garden is south facing. The garden has also given us a lot of pleasure over the years we love seeing the ducks on the pond.
We will certainly miss the neighbours most of whom have been here longer than us and we get on very well.
