DIRECTIONS FROM CREDITON

• From Crediton take the country road to Tedburn St Mary
• When in the centre of the village at the crossroads, turn left as signed to A30 and Exeter
• Follow this road for about 1.5 miles until arriving at a roundabout
• Take the first left exit, and then left again into Fingle Glen Golf Course
• Proceed into the main car park – at the far end keep right
• Follow the lane which passes the club house and driving range (on your left)
• Stay on the driveway which leads up the hill
• Ball Oaks will be found at the top of the driveway on your right

DIRECTIONS FROM EXETER

• Follow the A30 dual carriageway for about 5 miles
• Turn off the A30 at Fingle Glen Cross (as signed Tedburn St Mary)
• At the roundabout take the 2^nd exit
• Take the next left into Fingle Glen Golf Course
• Proceed into the main car park – at the far end keep right
• Follow the lane which passes the club house and driving range (on your left)
• Stay on the driveway which leads up the hill
• Ball Oaks will be found at the top of the driveway on your right
