I grew up in the property for many years with my mum and dad. We always found the area to be so convenient. We would often catch a bus to Epsom or Sutton from the bus stop at the end of the road on Shelvers Way.
On a nice sunny day we would often take a leisurely stroll to Walton on The Hill and feed the ducks before enjoying a nice pub lunch in the Village there.
Looking at the extension that has been added to the attached neighbouring semi, we believe that obtaining permission to extend both to the rear and above the garage should be possible.
Please note thought it is not known whether the current footings for the garage are sufficient to build on with a second story.
