Our plan was only ever to stay in here short term - 14 years later we're still here! The location is so perfect for our 2 teenage children, as the size and space means we've been able to grow comfortably. The house is remarkably quiet and the kids adored the garden growing up. When we first viewed with our then 2 year old daughter, we knew that in spite of all the work that was needed, it would be the perfect family home. We've totally refurbished everything from the kitchen and bathrooms, to the boiler and plastering, with every aspect being of the highest quality. Now, we're itching to do it all again, and are hoping to stay locally.
