We moved into this property as we liked the village setting. It is close to Sutton Valence school, which our son attended, and has beautiful country views to the rear.
It also has good access to train lines in Headcorn and Staplehurst, good local bus routes, and is close to the M20 and the shopping centre in Maidstone.
We have enjoyed the good community spirit and this has been a great family home for us.
