When we first came to view the property we looked at quite a few apartments at the time, with Upton Dene being everything we could ever want. It had fantastic dimensions, lots of potential and was even in a fantastic location!
The property has lived up to all expectations, being even better to live in than even we thought - with really lovely neighbours and in a convenient location that has made our life certainly more easy for us.
A few years ago we moved abroad and let the property to fantastic tenants so know that it would be a brilliant investment or for someone to live in themselves.
