I have owned the property for many years now and bought the property as it was in such a fantastic newly built block and coveted location, but was also so close to Sutton and the mainline train station which was helpful as worked in the City.
I loved the community feel that the property gave me and as the development was so exclusive, so I always felt very lucky to live here – especially as my family and friends were always to complementary!
