Having owned the property for a number of years, we can honestly say what a wonderful home it has been to us.
We moved here as it was just so spacious compared to other properties at the time. The location is perfect, quiet with great transport links, being equidistant between Cheam Village and Sutton High street.
We have set about updating and maintaining the property over the duration of our stay and have especially enjoyed the wonderful private garden, socialising with friends.
We will be sad to leave but we know that we are handing over a very good property for the new owners.
