When we first viewed the property we were buying for investment and we just couldn't believe my luck as it was absolutely perfect.
The location couldn't have been better - so close to Sutton and the station - but in a quiet and peaceful setting. It has proved to be a wise choice as the flat has always attracted a tenant immediately due to how good the location is.
My thoughts are it would also be an excellent home for a first time buyer given how good the block is, so it will be sad to sell but living so far away means that it is now the right thing to do.
