I have owned the property for many years, I initially bought the apartment as it was in such a quiet location but so close to great amenities and transport links.
What was also of significant appeal was sheer size of the rooms and the access to the garden, with the garage making it so much more convenient.
As I have had the property rented I have always found a tenant very easily, so it would be ideal for not just an owner-occupier but also an investor.
