When I was looking to buy all I kept viewing were houses that were too small or in the wrong location. I couldn't believe my luck as I never expected to be able to find a uniquely modern house such as this, only a short walk to the station with access into the City! I was also attracted to the delightful 100ft westerly facing garden with a summer house. The property was also very well-equipped, with double glazed sash windows, alarm system, Poggenpohl kitchen and tasteful bathroom, of which now sports a new shower unit. I loved the fact that the setting was just so tranquil with a friendly community feel. I haven't been disappointed and have had many get-togethers with my family and friends during my stay. It will be sad to leave, but know that I am handing over a fantastic house to the new owners.
