When we were first looking to buy we just could not find a property to suit our needs. When we were viewing properties they were either too small or not in the right sort of location. So when Ingram came up it was such an easy choice as it was far bigger than anything else we were viewing with a private garden and even a garage. What really sealed the deal was that it was in a location that we always dreamed about, being in a prime South Sutton road but within striking distance to the station and town centre with all the excellent amenities at hand.
Since being here it has been a labour of love updating the property to the standard it is now so it will be sad to leave, but we know we are handing over a superb place to the new owners.
