I can honestly say that this has been a wonderful property for me. I purchased the apartment as it was just so spacious compared to other properties available at the time in the price range, with a location that was so well located to the high street and great transport links.
I bought to rent out and have always found fantastic tenants, so if you are looking for investment it could be a very easy option for anyone to purchase, as well as a great first time buy- especially as I have updated the property throughout.
It will be sad to sell but I know that we are handing over a very good property for the new owners.
