As soon as we walked into Nightingale Court we knew we had to have this apartment! Unlike anything else on the market at the time it ticked all the boxes: less than 10 minutes’ walk from Sutton station, allocated parking, light and spacious, two bathrooms and a loft that has been an invaluable storage resource.

We’ve enjoyed a high level of privacy during our time and it’s been perfect for entertaining at weekends as well as relaxing after work during the week.

We’ll be very sad to leave, but are excited at the prospect of buying our first house and we know the new owners will be as happy here as we have been.
