When we were looking to buy, all the properties we viewed were either far too small or in the wrong location. Lower Road quite simply ticked every box.

Location-wise it couldn’t be better, just a short walk to Sutton train station and town centre. On a convenient and desirable road, the peace and tranquillity of the location provides the perfect environment for us to relax, especially in the summer months mingling in the wonderful garden with my friendly neighbours!

It will be sad to leave, especially as we have done so much work - but are now looking to upsize due to our large family so moving is a necessity.
