We have really enjoyed our time here and it has been a superb property for us. We initially bought the apartment as the location was brilliant for local transport and amenities in Sutton but on a road that was quiet and desirable.

When we first walked through the door we were blown away by the size of the lounge/diner, with the room being double aspect, light and airy with wonderful views over the communal gardens.

All the other rooms were also generously proportioned with two good sized bedrooms and a large kitchen area.
We will really miss the property but know that we are handing over a fantastic apartment to the lucky new owners.
