I have really enjoyed my time here and it has been a superb property for me. I initially bought the apartment as the location was brilliant for local transport and amenities in Sutton but on a road that was quiet and desirable.

When I first walked through the door I was blown away by the size of the Lounge, with the room having a dining area with a light and airy feel, also with wonderful views over the communal gardens.

All the other rooms were also generously proportioned with two good sized bedrooms and a large kitchen.
We will really miss the property but know that we are handing over a fantastic flat to the lucky new owners.
