I bought this apartment a number of years ago. It is so convenient for Sutton town centre and the mainline train station especially if like me you work up town.
Living at the property was a wonderful experience. With your own Gym to use and secure parking you really can't go wrong.
I also loved the fantastic views and took advantage of the walk-in wardrobe – excellent storage meaning a clearer bedroom!
Having not just lived here but rented the property out I can honestly say that it would suit a first time buyer or investor as it has been personally great for both!
