We bought the property around 10 years ago and can honestly say what a wonderful home it has been for us.
The location is sublime for peace and quiet, but is located within an short distance Sutton train station and the High Street.
The property itself blew us away with the private garden and the size of the living space.
It will be extremely sad to sell especially as we have poured so much love and care into the property but know we are handing over a fantastic flat to the new owners!
