I bought this flat over seven years ago, it was close to the town centre and station and within a quiet location. I liked the fact that it had a garage as I thought it was great place to store things .
For me this apartment made a perfect investment and have never had a problem with getting a tenant.
I am sad to see it go but I feel it will make a great first time buy or investment for someone else to enjoy.
