Having been here for such a long time I can really say that Benhill Road has been a wonderful property for me.

I was initially attracted to this property because of how bright it is, the size of the rooms and also the location - being quiet, yet superb for Sutton and transport links.

Now I have a family I have moved on and over the last few years the property has been a great rental property.
I will be sad to see the flat go but hope the next owner enjoys it as much as I have.
