We bought the property a number of years ago and have really enjoyed living here. The location is just fantastic, there are brilliant transport links close by, with excellent amenities available in Sutton.

Since we have been here we have set about updating the property as we have gone along, with the bathroom being the last remaining room we have modernised.

We have enjoyed the luxury of a large driveway and private garden which we always use – especially during the summer months.

It will be sad to leave, but know that we are handing over a superb property to the new owners.
