When I first came to look at the development I was one of the first to purchase, so literally had my pick of the properties.

I ended up going for this apartment as it has the very best position, being located in the corner with the best outlooks.

It really has been a fantastic place to live, being in a location that is fantastic for Sutton high street and having great transport links at hand.

It will be a shame to move as I love my flat, but now I need to be closer to work due to the hours that I have to work.
