The nice garden here really attracted me to this house. It feels very private, it’s not really overlooked. The location was the other big deciding factor. It really is just so convenient living here. There is a good bus route nearby, there is a train station in Sturry and the village centre has good facilities such as a Co-op. Since living here I have made quite a lot of improvements to the house. Double glazing was installed (except for 2 windows in the porch) around 4 years ago, I have had the front and back doors replaced since then as well. I’ve also had the summer house built in the back garden. That’s like having another room really. It’s lovely and cosy in there. I think my house would be ideal for a family to move into.
