The location of this house really sold it to us. We both come from Sturry and we like this road as our families are nearby. It’s a very family friendly area – the kids play out the front, it’s near the park, it’s quiet and you can walk to the village very easily. There’s a really good school nearby, plus a play school too. Other than the location, the space that this house has also really attracted us to it. We had lived in a 2 bedroom in the area, but this is so much bigger. We have made a lot of improvements to our house over the last 11 years. The most recent has been replacing the kitchen and bathroom this year. We replaced the porch and the driveway when we moved in and have kept our home well maintained and decorated.
