I’ve lived here very happily since 1979. I’ve actually lived in Sturry since I was a young girl and I would highly recommend the area. The house itself was in quite a bad state of repair when I moved in. Lots of improvements have been made over the years to include extending the downstairs to make the kitchen bigger and adding on the bathroom. The garden room was also an add on as was putting in the gas central heating and lots more besides I really do love everything about the house. It’s really cosy and feels very private. The garden is particularly private and I love spending time pottering out there. I feel there would be further potential to extend if a new buyer could get the planning. For example, maybe a double storey extension where the garden room is currently.
