We have lived here for many years and its a delightful area of Sutton to live as away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre yet close by. The area has been popular for both work and leisure due to the town centre, good transport links, Sutton and Royal Marsden hospital and local tennis and golf clubs, so provides something for everyone.
