I have owned the property for some time. To be honest moving had never crossed my mind until now.
I think the reason I have lived here so long is due to how convenient the location is. I work on the outskirts of the town centre and I walk into work each morning. I often have to travel for work too, so the station being about a 15 minute walk for me is great too.
I am now looking to do a slight 'upsize'. I really hope to stay in this area. I’m sure the new owners will enjoy the property as much as I have.
